How Your Newborn Session Works
Newborn sessions are delicate and deeply meaningful, so I limit the number I take each month to ensure every family receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.
Booking your session based on your due date is best to secure your spot. This allows us to plan and ensure availability during those precious early days when your baby is still tiny, sleepy, and beautifully new.
All newborn sessions take place at my calm and private home studio in Stanmore, North West London (1 Hilltop Way, HA7 3DB). The studio is easily accessible for families travelling from Harrow, Edgware, Pinner, Wembley, Finchley, Hampstead, Ealing, Borehamwood, Bushey, Watford, and other parts of London and Hertfordshire.
Newborn sessions are by appointment only and take place in the mornings, Monday through Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, when babies are typically most settled and sleepy.

Your Newborn Session, Step by Step
Initial Contact: Please reach out to check my availability and secure a slot based on your due date. Please fill in the contact form with as many details as possible to help me better understand your vision and preferences.
- Secure Your Booking: A £95 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. This retainer will be deducted from your final order, which will confirm your booking and secure your spot on my calendar.
- Choose Your Package: During the booking process, you’ll select the package that best suits your needs.
- Phone Consultation: Before your session, we’ll have a personal phone consultation to plan all the details. We’ll discuss styling, outfit options, preferred poses, and the look you’d love to achieve. This ensures I fully understand your vision and that everything is perfectly prepared for your photoshoot.
- The Photoshoot: The actual photoshoot will be scheduled after your baby’s arrival. I’ll work with you to create images that truly reflect who you are and your special bond with your baby. I’ll ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable experience as we capture the beauty and love of this special time in your life.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance for your session is due upon completion of the photoshoot. You can pay by bank transfer, card, or cash.
- Viewing Your Images: Approximately 4-5 weeks after your photoshoot, you will have access to a private online gallery to view your fully edited images and select your favourites.
- Ordering Additional Products: You can purchase extra digital files, prints, and wall art separately as à la carte products:

- If narrowing it down feels impossible, you’re not alone. Many clients feel the same way. That’s why the Full Gallery is the most popular and valuable choice.
- Complete Gallery upgrades and wall art purchases are available with flexible payment options. I’ll provide a secure payment link where you can pay via credit card, PayPal, or Klarna (3 interest-free instalments) – whichever suits you best.
- Delivery of Your Products: Once you’ve selected your images, you can download your digital files. Your prints and wall art will be delivered to your home within up to 4 weeks.

If you plan to display your photos at home, we can coordinate colours to match your décor. I offer a range of soft, skin-friendly outfits and beautiful studio props to complement your unique style.
Yes – you’re welcome to share any poses you love. However, each baby is unique, and I always follow their natural cues.
Your baby’s comfort and safety come first. I never force a pose – instead, I aim to create natural, beautiful newborn portraits that reflect their personality and your connection.
