Mihaela Mocanasu Photography agrees to provide photography services for the Client’s selected session type at the specified location.

A non-refundable booking fee of £99 is required upfront to secure your slot. This fee is part of the total package price.
The remaining balance is due on the session day and payable by card, cash, or direct transfer.
Images are prepared after full payment is received. The Photographer is not responsible for delays caused by late payments.

Should the Client cancel the booking, the Photographer retains the deposit paid and/or agreed upon to compensate for the loss of a session. We trust in your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
No-shows are treated as cancellations, and the session fee will be forfeited.
Sessions can be rescheduled once with 72 hours’ notice. After that, the booking fee is forfeited.
For newborn sessions, a slot is reserved around the baby’s due date without guaranteeing a weekend appointment. The first available slot will be offered if the baby arrives significantly early or late.

Sessions will take place only at 1 Hilltop Way, HA7 3DB.
Clients are responsible for bringing any personal items or outfits they wish to include in the photos.
Arriving at most 30 minutes late to your appointment will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee.
The booking fee covers the appointment reservation only and will be deducted from the package price.

The Client agrees to hold Mihaela Mocanasu Photography and its representatives harmless in the event of injury or illness during the session or while on studio premises.
The Photographer is not liable for any injury, illness, or death incurred by the Client or their family or any property damage during the photo session or while on the premises.

Mihaela Mocanasu Photography reserves the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the session.
All images taken during your session are copyrighted by Mihaela Mocanasu Photography and protected by copyright law. Reproduction of images in any manner without written permission is unlawful.
The Photographer reserves the right to be the sole editor of the images. Neither the Client nor anyone hired by the Client may retouch or modify the photographs without written permission. This includes applying filters or converting images from color to black and white.

The final edited images will be delivered in digital format within four to five weeks of the session. Depending on the season and workload, this delivery time can increase to six weeks.
The Client acknowledges that the Photographer’s services are unique and artistic. The Client understands and agrees that the Photographer has a unique and evolving style, and the photos may be different from past work. The Photographer will use personal artistic judgment to create images based on their vision, which might differ from the Client’s. Therefore, the Client cannot reject the photos based on taste or aesthetics. We believe in delivering a unique and personalized experience for each Client.
The Client understands that the editing will include basic retouching, color correction, special effects, color adjustments, white balance, and similar processes. The Photographer will make these edits at their discretion, intending to create or enhance an artistic image.
Due to photochromatic anomalies in certain dyes and materials, exact color reproduction on camera may be impossible. The Photographer will strive for a pleasing overall color balance based on natural flesh tones, but some color inconsistencies may occur.
Due to the limitations of computer/phone displays, images may appear differently according to the specification of each display and prints will not match images rendered on any monitor.

Mihaela Mocanasu Photography reserves the right to delete online galleries and stored images six months after notifying Clients that their gallery is ready.
Once images are received, Clients are responsible for securely storing them on their devices, in the cloud, or elsewhere.

Mihaela Mocanasu Photography is not responsible for poor-quality prints from third-party printing services. High-quality professional prints are available upon request.

Neither Mihaela Mocanasu Photography nor the Client shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, governmental actions, pandemic, epidemic, strikes, labour disputes, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, or any other event that could not have been anticipated or prevented by reasonable measures.
In the event of force majeure, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party of the nature and extent of the circumstances giving rise to the force majeure.
If a session cannot occur on the scheduled date due to a force majeure event, both parties agree to reschedule it at the earliest possible mutually convenient date. The non-refundable booking fee will be applied to the rescheduled session.
If rescheduling is not possible, the Client will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Both parties will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event and resume the performance of their obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

In the unlikely event of severe equipment failure or other technical problems that result in the loss of images from a session, Mihaela Mocanasu Photography will make every effort to reschedule a new session at no additional cost to the Client.
If rescheduling is not possible, the Client will receive a full refund of any fees paid, including the non-refundable booking fee.
Mihaela Mocanasu Photography will not be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from equipment failure or the inability to deliver the photos.
